New Kitchen & Head Chef at Herriots Hotel Back

Herriots Hotel in Skipton closed for a full refurbishment at the end of March. A new kitchen has been installed which we went to see this week and I have to say it looks great! The hotel has also appointed a new head chef in Craig Martindale. Craig has a long history working in Kitchens and has really positive ideas to boost the output at the hotel.

He said, "I am really pleased with my new role and with our busiest time of the year approaching for functions it is vital all my kitchen team are prepared. We want to concentrate on doing simple seasonal food to a high standard and having suppliers like Class One certainly makes my job easier." We are proud to be associated with Craig, the managers Dave & Viv and the Hotel itself. Good luck to Craig in his new appointment and here's to a busy summer ahead!
