English Marrows Back to Produce

In season from late October the Marrow can sometimes be overlooked and viewed as a bit bland and boring. However, we feel it can offer something really different to a menu and proves to your customers the diversity and range of your dishes. There are hundreds of recipes for turning the marrow into a culinary delight.

Also, because it doesn't have the demand placed on it as much as other vegetables it tends to stay really good value. We source from a variety of farms in Yorkshire and Lancashire throughout the season.
