English Apricots Back to Produce

Now these fruit are definitely weather dependant! Some years there has been no crop at all, some years there has been a bumper crop that can last for two to three months. If English are not available then South African and Mediterranean ones generally are. Definitely the taste of summer, the soft orange flesh is bursting with flavour and can be used in an array of puddings or if the price is right some people like to make jam with them.
