Scottish Girolle Mushroom Back to Produce

Girolles, also known as Golden Chanterelle mushrooms are one of the most prized of the Wild Mushroom family. They taste exquisite, have an apricot aroma and hold the wonderful golden yellow colour when cooked. They are available from July to August, until the wether turns to cool for the mushroom to grow. Foraged by hand in the Highlands of Scotland they are packed in Aviemore. We have a 24 hour turn round on these from woodland to plate!
