Smoked Garlic Back to Produce

What a product! Direct from France the aroma these strings give off is absolutely awesome. I cannot describe how passionate I am about this garlic. To look at it is a yellowy brown colour which epitomizes what a smoked product should look like. Large garlic bulbs are roped up and then smoked under wood chippings for over 24 hours which really gets the flavour all through the bulbs. For me a must have whatever operation you are conducting.
