Chefs Open Day Tuesday 11th June 2019 10am -2pm

We would love you to come and join us at one of our herb & salad suppliers “Herbs Unlimited” you will have an extensive tour of the farm with an insight to how the herbs, baby salads and flowers are grown, packed and distributed.

Nick Brown – development chef to the Michelin starred Black Swan at Olstead will be highlighting the use of Lovage in this cooking demo, Head chef Josh Whitehead from Harewood food and drink will be focusing his demo using different varieties of Lemon Herbs and Steph Moon will creating some fabulous dishes using the speciality herbs and sharing her endless foodie knowledge!
