Guaranteed year-round quality, availability and choice of the finest fresh produce from our UK and international suppliers with full traceability so you know exactly what’s going into your kitchen. All produce is handled with care and stored at the correct temperatures to preserve freshness and flavour so it arrives at your kitchen in the best possible condition – from onions and carrots to cantaloupes and okra. We sort and grade produce so we can meet your exact requirements for size and ripeness. We also stock over 3,500 staples.
Menu support and development
Our experienced team has long-standing relationships with suppliers and producers and lots of knowledge. We use our expertise to help kitchens bring menus to life, source new products, cut waste, increase profitability – and make sure you get the most out of every leaf and stalk ordered. We understand the challenges facing kitchens because we’ve got chefs on our team too and we can help you meet your customers’ demands for seasonality, sustainability and standout vegetarian dishes.
Working for you
We want customers to talk to us not about us and that’s why we operate a personal service to suit you. Ordering is flexible – email, call, answerphone or app. Order up to midnight for next day delivery and if you forget something our night shift will help you where possible. Our prices are fair – and our minimum order is £50 with flexible payment methods. We know kitchens don’t like surprises so we work hard to fulfill your orders and if there’s a problem we put it right straightaway.
