A co-educational Catholic school near York, Ampleforth College has a long tradition of providing a full curriculum to pupils aged 11-18. As a boarding school, it plays an important role in the health and wellbeing of its pupils, which includes offering healthy, balanced meals.

Class One has been supplying Ampleforth for more than five years, helping to provide top quality fresh produce to the pupils and staff there.

Situated in a 16th century building, complete with barrel vaulted ceilings, original beams and exposed stonework, a visit to Le Caveau is a treat for all the senses. Owner and Head Chef Mark creates exciting dishes using the best local supplies, to serve in the atmospheric restaurant.
