We work closely with a local smokehouse which uses traditional methods of curing and smoking to produce outstanding oak smoked foods, free from artificial colours and flavourings.
Game
Our game products come from small shoots across the Yorkshire Dales National Park. The birds are graded and dry plucked to ensure the very best quality standards.
